Denyse Schmidt Greenfield Hill WINNER! and Some Updates! | { Wondrous Woven Fabrics Sponsored Giveaway }

Hi everyone! I've been really busy behind the scenes here at RWQ lining up new designer spotlights for the never-ending explosion of awesome fabrics. Those up and coming designers are keeping me hopping, that's for sure. Which brings me to a question for you ... What upcoming fabric lines are you most looking forward to? Is there a particular line you've fallen in love with that you'd like to know more about? Let me know! I'll do my best to get in touch with the designers and pass the information along to you.

A friend of mine is starting an online quilting class spread out over 8 weeks during February and March. Amanda (mrsmcporkchopquilts) has developed a go-at-your-own-pace e-class that is 100% beginner friendly. Create your own Star-y Log Cabin and have fun learning to quilt while you're at it. There'll be giveaways along the way! I'll be following along for sure. CLICK HERE for more information.

We've been experiencing ice and freezing rain in our area over the past few days. The snow is very heavy to shovel and the roads are very sloppy.

It was very interesting to see the difference in opinion and how much it polarized people during my Greenfield Hill giveaway sponsored by Wondrous Woven Fabrics. I personally commend Denyse for taking it to the next level. I'm really enjoying this line right now. Did everyone take advantage of the coupon code Cathy provided?

The winner of the Denyse Schmidt Greenfield Hill Fat Quarter bundle is comment #252, Anya!

Congratulations Anya! I'll be emailing you for your contact information soon.

Thank you Cathy for sponsoring this giveaway. Everyone please go visit Wondrous Woven Fabrics and see Cathy's great selection of fabrics.

Have a good day,

  1. Darn I wasn't the winner! Oh, well, it's better odds than the lottery, right? Good luck with all the things on your plate!

  2. Hi Ryan. Congratulations to Anya, and too bad for poor me :). I think you should contact Susan Branch and see what she has designed in fabric this year. I love her art, and the open way she communicates with people about what goes on behind the scenes in her life. She had a great interview recently with Pat Sloan.

  3. Congrats to Anya! Those are lovely fabrics, but now I have a new fav group - those sunkissed ones!
    Hope you are safe and warm with all your snow and ice around!

  6. Congratulations Anya.

    The Star-y Log Cabin quilt class looks awesome. I just love the look of that quilt. It's great she's gearing that toward beginners which is what I'd consider myself.
