Day two of playing around with the Calypso Swing fabric Mark Cesarik sent me. I've seen a lot of these cross/plus quilts floating around flickr lately. Thought I'd try one myself.
Again, all of the squares are 3" (the same as the pillow I made).
Backed with Kona and quilted using a dark grey Aurifil.
The interview with Mark will go live Friday! I can't wait to share.
ooh, what fun fabric! Thanks for the interview and info on Mark Cesarik :0) I think its fun to know a little about a designer and then watch their lines. Sarah

I love these cross designs and I think it works great with these fabrics. Looking forward to the interview!
Fab! Really like the balance of patterns. Were the solids part of the Calypso Swing? I love the pop of purple.
love it! Look at those lines :) Great job, it's beautiful!
Very nice. I might just have to give that quilt pattern a try soon. Of course the fabrics are to die for, too!
Wonderful fabrics - and they really look great in that "cross" pattern!
