Did you all enjoy the Kate Spain interview as much as I did?
Kate is such a nice person to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her about fabric, her designs and her company. Both Central Park and Flurry are exquisite and I so look forward to her return when she talks with me about Terrain.
The three winners that I'm announcing below with each receive a charm pack from myself and Kate. If you weren't among the winners hurry over to Fat Quarter Shop where you can pick up some Flurry of your very own to sew with this holiday season. Yardage and precuts are available now, but for a limited time.

Winner #1 is comment #76, nicole followthewhitebunny!
Winner #2 is comment #108, Melissa!
Winner #3 is comment #6, Cassandra {Sleeping or Sewing}!
Congrats to all the winners. I'm emailing you as you read this! :) And thank you Kate for talking with us!

Tomorrow, on another edition of Fat Quarter Shop Friday I'll be talking with Moda designer, Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree & Company. Her newest collection, Strawberry Fields is already available in shops.
I've been given the opportunity by Joanna and the folks at Moda to design a quilt with the line and will share some sneak peeks at the design along with her feature tomorrow. The pattern is set to be released on 9/25, the same day I'll be featured at the Delaware County Historical Association's Annual Quilt Show! If you'd like to see the Strawberry Fields quilt in person and receive a FREE copy of the pattern, please plan to attend!
I was asked by the guild who hosts the show to have a booth there featuring my quilts and blog. The P2 Modern Solids Quilt and Bookworm Quilt will also be shown there in public for the very first time along with several of my other original projects.
There are so many great new lines coming out and only so many weeks in a year. I'm having a hard time coordinating the features with the fabric releases. I have a few ideas I'm throwing around to help get the information out to you faster. You'll just have to wait and see what I come up with.
Until then, happy quilting.
